How much to install a lift?

I was there the other day and someone said you guys couldn’t find a lift kit for an 05 Frontier. If I brought one in how much would you charge (2.5″)? I attached a link http://www.purenissan.com/2005_frontier.htm
What do you think is better shackles or blocks in the back?
