I have had my 96 chevy truck s10 pickup v6 at ptw gulfport in for repair 5 times. 3 times the electri fuel pump was replaced. it is still just as broke now (in fact, they were supposed to tow it in yesterday but did not come get it) after they were paid $2399.07 to fix. Since management locally has not resolved the problem but has my money and I have a broke truck, I will need to find someone to help me. I would expect a Customer Service Department to help.
I'm sorry but I think you have the wrong company we are located in Denver and this is our only location. I agree you should definitely expect better service for that amount of money.
